I had a 20 gallon tank that I was using to breed feeder Guppies and hybrid Endlers. I decided that it might as well be worth looking at also. So I snagged a bunch of plant I had lying around and went to work. Turns out the plant I used, Anubias nana and a Tiger lotus, are all Native African plants. I added some Shrimp to help tidy up, as well as an Albino Bushy Nose Pleco.
Here is the tank:
As you can see the front is open for viewing and swimming space. The Anubias covers the mid to back of the tank and will grow in thick over time. In the back right corner, you can see the red Tiger Lotus leaves. This plant will grow much taller. In fact it will grow to the top of the tank and flower if left untrimmed. The Lotus will also send out smaller plants at its base, which I may move to the other corner to add some color balance. Here is a cherry shrimp that died for some reason and ended up in a Feeders mouth:
And Here is the handsome Albino Bushynose Pleco:
Its nothing fancy but once the Anubias thickens, its going to look awesome.
